About the Internship
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate female candidate to join our team as a Customer Support Intern. This role involves providing online and in-person support to schools and teachers using the CBC App. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and technology and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online and physical customer support to schools using the CBC App.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations for large groups of educators.
- Gather user feedback and relay insights to the development team.
- Travel across the country to support and onboard new schools.
- Work on weekends when necessary to support schools and teachers.
Requirements
- Be a decent human being.
- Have good etiquette and professionalism.
- Excellent writing skills without AI assistance.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the country.
- Availability to work on weekends when needed.
- Must own a fast and powerful laptop and smartphone.
- Must have access to a fast and reliable internet connection.
- Be highly proficient in computer, smartphone and internet use.
- Must have a quiet and comfortable place for remote work.
