Yes. Schools can negotiate both the subscription and onboarding fees based on their size and context. We aim to make the CBC App accessible and affordable for every school.
Onboarding fees depend on your school’s size, onboarding complexity and location. The fee covers setup, configuration, and the initial full training for your teachers and administrators. You only pay this once at the beginning.
Schools joining mid-year get pro-rated pricing, so you only pay for the months you use the App.
Yes. Your subscription includes ongoing support, feature updates, and system improvements at NO EXTRA cost.
Schools with fewer than 200 learners receive customised pricing (higher than Ksh.450) based on their size and needs. We make sure the negotiated rate remains affordable for smaller schools.
