About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Intern. The role involves assisting schools, teachers, and administrators in their use of the CBC App. You will be expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, manage multiple requests, and represent the company with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is digitally fluent, reliable, and eager to learn.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in communication.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Trello.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle multiple requests at once.
- Professional etiquette when engaging with teachers, administrators, or colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
- Must own a fast and powerful laptop and smartphone.
- Must have access to a fast and reliable internet connection.
- Must have a quiet and comfortable place for remote work.
- Above all, be a decent human being.
